First option is to use integrated diagnostic capabilities of our software. You
will find a direct access below the menus [Start]/Kneaver/Diagnostic/RSAutoLog
and send the file to support -a-t-

Second option is to use our feedback capability available here. This is
specially convenient for hosted services or if you need help for setup,
download, ordering. You will find also a quick feedback option on the right side
of every page.

Once we take care of your issue we will open an Action Item and assign an Action
Item Number to be use for subsequent communications. Web and Email contact are
