License Agreement
This agreement applies to all products obtained directly
or indirectly from Kneaver as well as use of hosted web application.

The following terms and conditions must be read before using a Kneaver
product. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Kneaver Corp., by making use of
this Kneaver product you indicate your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
Registered Version
This concerns all software with runtime fee:
One registered copy of the software may
either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more
computers, or installed on a single workstation not used simultaneously by multiple
people, but not both.
A registered version of the software may be accessed through a
network, provided that individual licenses for the software covering all
workstations that will access the software through the network have been
obtained.
This concerns all software with design fee:
One registered copy of the software
may be by multiple people, on multiple workstations, but only if the controller
application is licensed.
We call the controller application the piece of software, or
macrolangage, or information that makes use of the software as
opposed to any underlying software usable without the software.
For example when one of our components is included in a HTML page that is
seen using a navigator, we consider the controller the HTML page and not the
navigator.
Design license permits the reference of the software
by only one and exactly one controller.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States) for
customers residing in the USA. Outside USA this agreement is governed by the laws of USA.
Disclaimer Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES
AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedures dictate that any program be thoroughly tested with
non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume all risks
when using the
program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR
REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
Shareware Version
Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation
purposes without charge for a period of 21 days. If you use this software after the 21 day
evaluation period, a registration fee is required as indicated in the check-list table of
the product information page. Payments must be in US dollars by credit card or wire
transfer. Ordering and quantity discounts are available. When payment is received
a license number will be sent by email.
Unregistered use of the software after the 21-day evaluation
period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
Distribution
Provided verification that you are distributing the Shareware Version you are hereby
licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of this software and
documentation as needed; distribute exact copies of the original Shareware version;
and distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified
form via electronic means. There is no additional charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such
copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other
products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
