In this diagram Harold Jarche puts Sense Making at the heart of the PKM process. He sees it as an essential step between Seeking and Sharing, and suggests that a key aspect of sense-making is creating something – be it an information product or an action, like a probe experiment or a new work practice. Today’s topic has been prepared by Michelle Ockers on last minute request of Bruno trapped in a project. PKMChat being about Personal Knowledge Management encompass Knowledge lifecycle in general. Our first chat was about learning, acquiring Knowledge. Our second is about sharing it. Week after weeks we will switch from one end of the lifecycle to another while exploring all the channels that could be used: social, formal, writing, videos. Feel free to suggest topics by tweeting to @pkmchat.
This is PKM in action!
