Digital Hosted services

If you purchased a plan and pay monthly terms, just cancel your plan and the next term will not be drawn

If you purchased a plan and pay annually, just cancel your plan, we will compute if a refund is due as follow: The cost of the plan will be compared to the equivalent plan paid with monthly terms until the current month. If a positive different appear we will refund the difference either by crediting the card or issuing a US bank check

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.


Delivery will take place within 1 business day. In many cases, delivery will be immediate via download or by opening a space. In some occasional case delivery can be delayed if a new server must be provisioned. All services implying custom work or training being done in volume of less than 2 weeks will be delivered at a time agreed after the order is placed and before 2 months. For larger projects, delivery time will be specified in the written proposal supplied to you.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this policy at any time. Changes will apply for sales closed after the time the changes are posted.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
