Archive and Data are symbolized by the Archive Room. You will usually keep them for a while in your Kneaver Desktop area and eventually archive it electronically.		After Qualifying into Archive, Operational and Knowledge you will send Knowledge to Kneaver Web with the assistant.
Operational information was harvested in the same move and will be shared and transmitted by email, shared folder,SharePoint Server or a CMS. This is symbolized by the truck with the desks. It is usually project related information.
